我們提供的熒光染料的吸收波長(zhǎng)和發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)從300nm-810nm不等,我們可以在不同的熒光染料上面做偶聯(lián)不同的活性基團(tuán),比如NHS、amine、COOH、azide、alkyne、maleimide等等。關(guān)于熒光染料我們可以提供FITC、Rhodamine、Bodipy系列染料、Coumairn 染料、Dansyl染料、FAM/5-TAMRA、NBD、CY系列、ICG及IR系列、ATTO系列染料、AMCA、Perylene、碘化物、DIR/DIL/DIO/DID/DAPI細(xì)胞膜染料等等。我公司特別在近紅外熒光染料Near infrared dyes方面有非常豐富的產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)。
BDP 558/568 is a borondipyrromethene fluorophore with emission in the yellow part of the spectrum. Its absorption and emission spectra are in similar range as TAMRA, BDP TMR, Cyanine3, and sulfo-Cyanine3. This is an amine reactive NHS ester.
