自然堆積密度儀 堆積密度測(cè)定儀,粉體/粉末堆積密度測(cè)定儀,金屬粉末、非金屬粉末堆積密度測(cè)定儀
TBX-50堆積密度測(cè)定儀是依據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 16913.3-1997的規(guī)定設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)。本裝置適用于粉塵堆積密度的測(cè)定。試樣的采集請(qǐng)參考GB/T 16913.1-1997 粉塵物理實(shí)驗(yàn)方法第1部分：試樣粉塵的采集中的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
1、原理：粉塵從漏斗口在一定高度自由落下充滿(mǎn)量杯；測(cè)定松裝狀態(tài)下量杯內(nèi)單位體積粉塵的質(zhì)量，即粉塵堆積密度。
2、TBX-50儀器結(jié)構(gòu)：
2.1.漏斗：（流出口直徑12.7mm）漏斗不銹鋼材料制成，其中漏斗錐度為60°±0.5
2.2堵塞棒：不銹鋼材質(zhì)，用于在粉塵裝入漏斗時(shí)防止粉塵下落
2.3量筒：本裝置配備一只容積為100ml的不銹鋼量筒，量筒內(nèi)徑為Φ39mm。
和接收器，請(qǐng)調(diào)整水平、穩(wěn)固且無(wú)振動(dòng)。調(diào)整支架高度并用附帶的扳手固定住，將漏斗安裝到支架上。接收器（不銹鋼盤(pán)）置于底座上，用來(lái)收集粉末。
（3）量筒：本裝置配備一只容積為25ml的不銹鋼量筒。用戶(hù)可參照國(guó)標(biāo)GB 1479-84的規(guī)定完成金屬粉末松裝密度的測(cè)定（漏斗法）。

Techinical Date:
1. The liquid sodium silicate is called water glass in southern area, and in northern area called foam flower alkali;
2. In sodium silicate, the ratio of silicon oxide gram molecular mol to sodium oxide（or patassium oxide） gram molecular mol is called modulus M;
3. The sodium silicate content in water solution is usually represented by density or Baume Bé°;
4. Viscosity, modulus, concentration and temperature have close relationships; Usually viscosity will reduce as the temperature rises, modulus will increase as the concentration increases.
Functions:
1. Just need 50CC, it can show liquid Specific Gravity（S.G）, Baume Bé°, Modulus M directly.
2. It has the function of high limit and low limit set,and the machine is equipped with buzzer.
3. It has the compensation function of volume expansion coefficient for quartz glass weight.
