To determine the ability of the module to withstａnd thermal mismatch , fatigue and other stresses caused by repeated chaanges of temperature, the purpose of this test is to determine the ability of the module to withstａnd the effects of high temperature and humidity followed by sub-zero temperatures , this is not a thermal shock test and to determine the ability of the module to withstａnd the effects of long-term penetration of humidity

1.Satisfy IEC61215-2005,10.10 , 10.11,10.13 provision temperature humidity 85oC/85%RH  ａnd 90oC/90%RH ,damp heating testing requirement; -50oC-85oC, thermal cycling ;-50oC-85oC , 85%RH humidity freeze testing requirement , and satisfy IEC 61730 ,61640 thermal cycling ,humidity freeze testing requirement
